Shipping, package loss:

Shipping damages must be notified within 3 days after receipt in writing by e-mail, after that we can no longer claim insurance coverage of the shipping service provider, therefore any further liability is void!
Shipping damages are to be documented at the very least via photos or video!

The customer undertakes in case of a loss of the package to support the processing as soon as possible. If this is not done within a reasonable period, all claims against L & W Import GmbH will be void.
We advise you to either not take them at the same time or to open them before you open them!

In the event of damage or loss of the package, the damage to Logoix.com is reported by us, who will forward it to the courier service provider, where a charge for costs is requested, which usually takes about 14 days. After confirmation of the courier service a replacement payment will be made to us, we can send again. In the meantime, no withdrawal or refund is possible! The right of revocation is possible after confirmation of the replacement payment or after receipt of the ordered goods again.
